1. What Cookies Are#
In short: We use essential cookies to make the site work. We use Google Analytics only if you say yes, and you can change your choice at any time.
1.1
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and software development kits (SDKs) in apps. In this Notice, “cookies” covers all of them.
1.2
Back to contents ↑This Cookie Notice explains which cookies AAG Transport & Logistics Ltd uses on aagtransportandlogistics.com and in the AAG apps, and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Notice.
2. Your Consent and Choices#
2.1
When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you Accept all, Reject non-essential or Manage cookies by category. Rejecting is as easy as accepting.
2.2
Non-essential cookies (analytics, and any advertising cookies we might use in future) are not set until you give consent. Before then, Google Analytics runs in Google’s “consent mode”, which sends basic, cookieless signals that are not linked to you.
2.3
Back to contents ↑You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the website footer. We store your choice for 12 months, then ask again.
3. Cookies We Use#

Advertising (not currently used)#
3.3
Back to contents ↑We do not currently use advertising, retargeting or social-media pixels (such as Meta, TikTok, X, Reddit, Microsoft Ads or Google Ads conversion cookies). If we introduce any, we will list them here first and use them only with your consent.
4. Third-Party Content#
4.1
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and use Google Maps when you preview a route. These services receive your IP address so they can deliver the content, but Google Fonts does not set cookies. The route preview opens Google Maps in a new tab, under Google’s own privacy terms.
4.2
Signed-in staff may see profile images loaded from Gravatar (Automattic).
4.3
Back to contents ↑Payment pages are provided by Paystack, which may set its own strictly necessary fraud-prevention cookies.
5. Mobile Apps#
5.1
Back to contents ↑The AAG customer and Driver apps use device storage to keep you signed in (a secure token), remember your settings, and store push-notification tokens (Firebase Cloud Messaging) so we can send booking updates. They do not contain advertising SDKs. Location and camera access are requested separately through your device’s permission prompts.
6. Managing Cookies in Your Browser#
6.1
Back to contents ↑As well as using our cookie settings, you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge and others). If you block strictly necessary cookies, some parts of the site, such as signing in, may not work. You can also opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with Google’s browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
