Guided Viewing — Up to 3 Properties
Covers transport in an AAG vehicle and a guided walkthrough of up to 3 properties in a single trip. Additional properties beyond the first 3 are GHS 200 each.
Sale or Rent Facilitation
If you proceed to purchase or lease a property through AAG, a facilitation commission of 5–15% of the transaction value applies, typically payable by the property owner — not an additional charge on top of your viewing fee.
